How to make Iced Oolong Tea with Cheese Foam

Have you ever wanted a cheese foam iced tea, but the nearest boba or cafe shop is a few miles away? Well, here is a quick and easy Iced Oolong Tea recipe that you can make any time at home!

  • Milk Frother

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oolong tea bags
  • 16 oz Hot water or 2 Cups
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or your favorite sweetener
  • Topped with cheese foam

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to a boil. Take two Oolong tea bags into a glass container and add two cups of hot water over the tea bags.
  • Let the tea steep for 6 - 8 minutes. Then add two tbsp of sugar or your favorite sweetener.
  • Set the Oolong tea aside to cool. While waiting for the tea to cool, start making the cheese foam.
  • Once the cheese foam is ready, go ahead and start putting the drink together.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Oolong tea. Leave enough room for the cheese foam.
  • Pour the cheese foam over the tea and ice to the top and enjoy!
