I heard cold brew coffee is an excellent drink during summertime, but Hawaii weather gives us beautiful summer all year round. So, today I am sharing with you my favorite cold brew coffee drink for an afternoon pick me up.
How to make an Iced Macadamia Nut Milk Latte with Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cubes
After buying an AeroPress, I found that there are so many things you can do with it. Such as making your cold brew concentrate at home. And if you’ve visited Hawaii lately, you can find that there are a lot of coffee shops that have macadamia nut milk latte in their menu. So, this is my twist on how to make a macadamia nut milk latte on repeat at home easily.
What you will need:
Instructions:
- Your favorite coffee beans
- AeroPress
- Room temperature water
- Ice cube tray
- Macadamia Nut Milk
- Optional: vanilla syrup or simple syrup
Cold Brew Coffee Ice Cubes Instructions:
- Grind the coffee beans in a coffee grinder on a paper filter grind setting.
- Add the ground coffee into the inverted AeroPress with room temperature water together.
- Stir, cover, and let it steeped in the room temperature overnight for 12 – 24 hours.
- When the coffee is ready to be strained, flip the AeroPress and press the plunger.
- After it’s strained, pour the cold brew coffee into ice cube trays and freeze for four hours.
Macadamia Nut Milk Latte Instructions:
- Take a favorite glass cup.
- Fill it with cold brew coffee ice cubes and macadamia nut milk.
- Stir and enjoy!
- Optional: Add vanilla syrup or simple syrup to sweeten the drink.

Why drink cold brew?
Cold brew coffee is a lot easier on your stomach than hot coffee. It also has more caffeine and has less acidity and bitterness.
Why Macadamia Nut Milk?
Macadamia nut milk has many benefits such as it is gluten-free and it has omega-three and omega-six fatty acids. You can read more about it here and here.
What if I don’t have an Aeropress?
You can use a regular coffee filter and place it on top of a strainer to filter your cold brew mixture.
