Zach loves having clementines as his daily snack, and I could eat avocado toast every day. One morning, as we were brainstorming what to have for breakfast, we decided to do a little experiment and combine these two. How did it came out? A surprisingly delicious clementine avocado toast!
How to make an Avocado Clementine Toast
I love making a savory avocado toast with eggs, but I also enjoy whipping up a simple recipe with avocados, bread, and honey for busy days. This discovery, however, is quite delicious and perfect for the spring.
What you will need:
- Slice of bread
- Avocado
- Clementine
- Hemp seeds
- Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Use half of the avocado for each piece of toast.
- Slice the avocado and arrange them in a fan over the toast.
- Sprinkle fresh lemon juice over the avocado.
- Top with clementine and sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.

Could I use orange?
Yes, absolutely! You can also use grapefruit.
Can I mash the avocado?
Yes, I’ve also tried mashing the avocado and mixing with a pinch of salt and lime juice.
