I have been seeing a lot of Lotus Biscoff recipes floating around the internet, and as a coffee beverage lover, I thought to try and create a latte version of this delicious and versatile cookie.
How to Make Lotus Biscoff Latte
Surprisingly the Lotus Biscoff cookie butter melts easily in hot water and espresso shots. This means it can be an excellent substitute for your flavored syrups when creating latte drinks.
What you will need:
- Lotus Biscoff Cookies
- Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
- Espresso ‘like’ shot using a Wacaco Nanopresso
- Vanilla Syrup
- Whipping Cream
- Favorite milk
- Ice
Instructions:
Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam
In a glass mixing cup, add the whipping cream and crumbled Lotus Biscoff cookies. Beat on high until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
Lotus Biscoff Latte
Add a tablespoon full of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter in a glass cup. Pour the espresso shot over the cookie butter and add a half ounce vanilla syrup. Stir until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice. Then carefully pour milk over the ice. To finish topped the drink with the Lotus Biscoff Milk Foam. Serve and enjoy! Optional: Serve with crumbled cookies and cookie on top.

The last method is using an Aeropress with an add on piece that will help you get an espresso ‘like’ shot.

- 2 tbsp Lotus Biscoff cookies
Lotus Biscoff Latte

- espresso shot or concentrated coffee
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- ice
- your favorite milk
