Ever since I was introduced to cheese foam in a small cafe in Hawaii called Friend’s Cafe, I have been hooked! It’s a delicious and very unique drink. I love to drink tea at home, but now I have more than one way to prepare my iced teas. To slightly sweeten it with my favorite sweetener and add a delicious cheese foam on top that tastes like a moossey cheesecake. Absolute yum 🤤!
What you will need:
Ingredients:
- 2 Oolong tea bags
- Hot water
- Tbsps of Sugar or your favorite sweetener
- Topped with cheese foam
