Questions you may have:
What is Korean Strawberry Milk?
In Korea, we learned that many during strawberry season make strawberry milk at home using fresh strawberries. They also add fresh chunks of strawberries for a bit of texture. You can leave this out if you don’t like texture in your drink.
What small blender did you use?
We used a Blend jet and it’s great for making purees and protein shakes. We’ve made frozen smoothies with it; however, you have to thaw the frozen fruits a little bit and cut them into smaller chunks so the blades won’t get stuck when blending. We found an alternative brand on Amazon, and it seems like it has great reviews. Hopefully, it powerful than the Blend jet.
Can I use brown sugar or alternative sweetener?
Yes, we have made this recipe with brown sugar and monk fruit sugar.
Can I use non-dairy milk?
Absolutely! My husband loves this drink with oat milk.
Can I use frozen strawberries to make the strawberry puree?
Yes, you can. We have done this on months where fresh strawberries are very expensive to buy.
